My generic advice would be to give Mendeley a try with some sample references and see if it has the functionality you need. Mendeley works well for the vast majority of our students, but if there’s a very specific bit of functionality that draws you to Endnote, then it may be best to stick with it. I’ve set it up so my to-do lists at the top of my screen on Evernote when I log in. I want to show you in this short post and video tutorial how to use Evernote as your to-do list.
